95% rye. We chose rum barrels that had previously been used to age French cognac. Long story short our barrels are vintage and very well travelled...resulting in a rare and immensely complex but incredibly drinkable whiskey even at 100 proof. You smell citrus caramel candy maple sugar vanilla oak hazelnut spice and sherry wood. You'll taste sweet rum sherry wood and soft oak with a finish that's both sweet and dry as well as quick and easy.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.

For years, evangelists asked us to create a non chill-filtered, cask strength edition of our acclaimed Auchentoshan classic. Valinch was born. The Valinch being the name of the pipette used to draw whisky straight from the cask. An appropriate name for a whisky with all the depth of taste, flavour and texture associated with sampling whisky at source. An unadulterated small batch release.
This unique Auchentoshan Lowland Single Malt Whisky has been matured in three different cask types. Moving from American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry - and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks - Three Wood is a rich, complex whisky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours.

The Balvenie is renowned for their dedication to the traditional crafts of whisky making. The Single Barrel is drawn from a single traditional oak whisky cask of a single distillation, personally selected by the Malt Master. The result is fragrant, with vanilla, honey and dry oak notes.
The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt ~ the traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavor.
Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes on the nose, layered with honey and vanilla.
Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavors ~ nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.
Long and warming finish.

The first 10 year old distilled by the current owners back in 2001. Lovely marriage of both bourbon and sherry casks, and quite fresh, with a maturity resembling a 12 year old, rather than 10. Smooth on the palate and very drinkable, with creamy vanilla, honeycomb, banana bread, bright lemon, melon (honeydew, cantaloupe), tangerine, candied ginger, and delicate brine. With all the Bruichladdich razzle-dazzle over the past decade, we can embrace this unpretentiously delicious Laddie with open arms.

Green Chartreuse is the only liqueur in the world with a completely natural green color. It is powerful and unique. Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green color. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks.
The results is a liqueur with a very strong characteristic flavor. It is very sweet with flavors of plums with a touch of honey. It is also spicy and pungent.

While most rye whiskeys are made with corn as an ingredient, this is a unique rye whiskey made only with rye and malted barley. This spicy and full-bodied 100 proof Straight Rye Whiskey pays tribute to the classic American whiskey style and the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. On the nose, this whiskey is full of dried fruit, black pepper and a touch of fresh dill. A small sip brings an array of flavors both sweet and savory with a terrific balance of dark spices and subtle caramel overtones. The finish is especially pleasing with an oaky dryness that lingers just long enough.

"Naturally aged at least four and a half years in the cellars of France's Chateau de Cognac, D’USSÉ emerges as a bold, full-bodied blend that arouses the palate.
On the nose, it reveals a powerful bouquet, rich in woody notes that are layered with touches of cinnamon and floral notes. Distinctively and unexpectedly smooth, with each taste, you savor hints of spices, almond and cinnamon. Subtle accents of honey and dried fruits are the finale.
D’USSÉ is masterfully crafted at the prestigious Chateau de Cognac, one of the oldest cognac houses in France. It has a 200-year legacy in blending some of the world’s finest spirits. With two limestone cellars, one dry and one humid, it is the perfect natural environment for aging cognac. You can count D’USSÉ VSOP as one of its most distinguished accomplishments.
Throughout French history, those who march boldly forward carry the Cross of Lorraine. It is France’s fabled emblem of courage, honor and perseverance. Today, it is the only icon that could represent our march forward to create a new legacy."
