Named after an ancient forest, this wine shows youthful aromas of fruit and blossoms, and a delicate, dry palate. It is wonderful with lighter foods featuring vegetables or fish, but it makes a superb aperitif as well.

Agrapart was founded in 1894 in the Grand Cru village of Avize. Agrapart's rose is based on the Cuvee Terroirs (am Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs), with the addition of still Pinot Noir from the village of Cumieres purchased from René Geoffroy. Expect a younger-styled rose that leans toward elegance, light body, verve and structure and on the dry side as Agrapart imparts a light dosage.
This multi-vintage wine is composed from the harvests of 2009 and 2008 aged in oak barrels and blended from seven villages in the Cote de Blancs and Vallee de le Marne. The base wines undergo malelactic fermentation and age on the lees for 3 years and are stirred manually. The dosage is limited to a light 7g of sugar.
"Pale gold with a strong bead. Lively lemon, quince and honeysuckle on the nose, with a nervy underpinning of minerals. A brisk and finely etched blanc de blancs, offering clean citrus and orchard fruit flavors along with subtle anise and floral qualities. Finishes with very good clarity and cut." 100% Grand Cru estate-bottled Pinot Noir from the village of Bouzy that is aged six years on its lees; offers full-throttle strawberry, wheat kernel, and stone flavors along with a pleasing touch of cream in the mid-palate and finish - an excellent accompaniment to creamy pastas, poultry and richer seafoods.
"The NV Brut Grande Reserve emerges from the glass with layers of hazelnut, pear, spice and dried flower aromas. This rich, creamy wine impresses for its balance and sheer richness. I loved it."?Wine Advocate (90 Points)
"The 2002 Brut Millesime shows the exuberance and weight for which Bouzy is so well-known. Red berries, flowers and minerals are some of the nuances that are woven together in a rich, expansive fabric of notable class. This really needs some time in the glass to shine, but when the wine opens up it is absolutely glorious. A round, creamy finish has the last word. The 2002 is a bit more forward than most wines in this vintage which makes it approachable now, although I am not sure it is destined to make old bones." Wine Advocate (90 Points)
A robust and exotic Champagne uniquely blended from one vintage and a solera blend from a mix of vintages dating a few years further.
"The NV Grand Cru Cuvee 1911 emerges from the glass with the most haunting of perfumes. Sweet rose petal and jasmine are some of the nuances that emerge over time. Despite recent disgorgement, the purity of the fruit and the extraordinary elegance of the mousse are hard to miss. This is an exceptional, elegant version of the 1911 that should drink beautifully for years to come. The bottle I tasted needed quite a bit of air to open up, so readers should be patient with the wine at this stage." Wine Advocate (93+ Points)
"The NV Brut Nature Silver is naturally a very focused, driven wine given the no-dosage style. This shows wonderful nuance and depth all the way through to the long finish, with bright aromas and flavors but less of the toastiness than some of the house's other wines. The mousse and finish are both utterly impeccable in their elegance." Wine Advocate (91 Points)

Its beautiful color is achieved through assemblage, the process by which sparkling white wine is blended with a proportion of still Pinot Noir wine. Our Pinot Noir is picked from old -growth vines grown specifically for use in Rosé Champagne. Our Rosé is announced with a rich bouquet of red fruits with delicate, smoky grilled notes behind. It is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of strawberries and blackcurrant, and is lingering and complex in its finish. Armand de Brignac Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities.
"The NV Brut Majeur shows lovely balance in an approachable, up-front style well-suited to near-term drinking. Clean, mineral notes add a sense of proportion on the fresh, vibrant finish. The blend is 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier, 80% of which is from the 2004 vintage, while the rest of the wine is composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay reserve wines." 100% Chardonnay"Greenish yellow. High-pitched aromas of lime, lemongrass, jasmine and chalk. Nervy and precise on the palate, displaying juicy, ginger-accented citrus fruit flavors and deeper notes of fresh fig and buttered toast. Finishes with very good spicy cut and strong mineral-driven persistence." Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar (92 Points)

60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier Light, bright gold, with a hint of green. Ripe pear and orange on the nose, with notes of nougat and yellow plum adding complexity. Smooth and fleshy in the mouth, offering juicy orchard and pit fruit flavors sharpened by a spicy nuance. The spicy finish features solid punch and good focus.Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar 90 Points
"85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir Pale orange color. An intensely perfumed nose displays spicy redcurrant and strawberry, along with an exotic blood orange quality. Zesty red fruit flavors are sharply focused and pure, with chalky minerality adding lift. Maintains energy through the long, spicy finish, which leaves a trace of bitter orange pith behind. This newly established house is co-owned by all three winemaking branches of Bordeaux' Rothschild family, whose holdings include Chateaux Mouton-Rothschild, Lafite-Rothchild and Clarke, among others. The wines are made at the highly regarded Vertus co-op from grapes grown mostly in the Cotes de Blancs. The Rothschilds have signed long-term leases with a handful of growers and intend to expand their Champagne presence slowly and methodically, with vineyard purchases on the horizon." "The 2000 Brut Cuvee Nicolas Francois Billecart impresses for its sheer purity and focus. Nothing is out of place in this beautifully delineated, precise wine. Cool, minty notes add lift, yet the 2000 is rather reticent at this stage and appears to need further bottle age. Still, its textural finesse is impossible to miss." Wine Advocate (94 Points)
This new cuvee is all vinified in oak but hasn't a hint of obvious oak on the nose. Lovely quality of fizz. Brooding and intense. There is marked density here and excellent balance and persistence. As usual, we are not told on the back label how old this blend may be, just that it is 'respectfully composed' of the three Champagne varieties. But it's impressive wine and I suspect it will not be cheap. Recommended. Janis Robinson
This cuvee contains 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. All wines from the best sites in the department of the Marne, from more than twenty top vineyards in Champagne. The overall composition of this cuvée has not changed much for almost fifty years. Fine bubbles which rise slowly, persistent mousse. Straw-colored. A nose of ripe pear with some touches of cut hay. Full fruit, but clean in the mouth.
A dry Champagne showing purity and brightness having no sugar added to the dosage. A blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Complex and seductive aromas of dried fruits and brioche combined with floral notes. This is further enhanced by the subtle charm of lemon verbena. Charming biscuity flavour and white fruits with a full and harmonious minerality resulting in a sensational balanced finish.

Attractive lemon-gold, with a fairly coarse bead. The nose is initially mineral and white citrus fruit, but it quickly develops bready, leesy, yeasty notes. The palate has a sharp mousse, fresh acidity, mineral notes, is also quite bready. Finishes with a creamy touch.

Made from black grape varietals exclusively from the Montagne de Reims, the Blanc de Noirs exudes pronounced aromas of summer fruits and preserved fruits combined with spicy notes. Powerful, warm and intense, this can be enjoyed with fish or meat served in a sauce.

Golden yellow color with slight green reflexes. The bouquet has floral and tropical fruits notes, very delicate and typical of this variety of grape. An impression of persistence, maintained by the presence of minerality typical of the territory; exuberant and fresh.
Sparkling | Ugni Blanc | France | 750ml
With fine, delicate bubbles, this Brut has generous, rich flavors of ripe apple, spice and butter, with an attractive doughy aroma. It is deep and complex with a smooth texture and a lingering finish.
The secret of sparkling wines is the blend, whether they are from Champagne or other regions of France. This is the winemaker’s art. The style of Charles de Fère is to voluntarily refuse territorial limits, building close partnership relations with growers so that we can select cuvées from northerly vineyards for their freshness and elegance, together with cuvées from southern vineyards for ripe fruit, body and smoothness. This bold approach adds finesse, structure, and a complex harmony of flavors that makes Charles de Fère what it is today.

"Like a Persian carpet this lovely, elegant Champagne seamlessly weaves together its elements, with fine-grained texture and vibrant acidity joining rich flavors of toast, patisserie fruit and candied lemon zest that show subtle spice notes of cardamom and ginger." Wine Spectator (93)
"Light yellow-gold. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complemented by deeper notes of sweet butter, honeysuckle and toasty lees. Juicy and incisive on the palate, offering refreshingly bitter orange and pear skin flavors that pick up a smoky nuance with air. Clings nicely on the very persistent finish, which leaves smoke and floral notes behind. Forty percent of the blend is reserve wine, and it shows."?International Wine Cellar (91)
"A substantial portion of reserve wines enriches this and gives it the dark, moon-lit cool of a cellar. It's a study in harmonious contrasts: sweet honeyed fruit and dry minerality; broad creaminess and brighter finesse. A full-bodied, gastronomic Champagne, it's suited to a range of foods, from simple grilled fish to white meats with mushrooms and cream." Wine & Spirits (90)
