NV Adami - Bosco di Gica Prosecco Brut $26.99

Sparkling | Prosecco | Italy | 750ml

Named after an ancient forest, this wine shows youthful aromas of fruit and blossoms, and a delicate, dry palate. It is wonderful with lighter foods featuring vegetables or fish, but it makes a superb aperitif as well.

0 Agrapart - Rose Grand Cru Champagne
NV Agrapart - Rose Grand Cru Champagne $79.95 $59.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

Agrapart was founded in 1894 in the Grand Cru village of Avize. Agrapart's rose is based on the Cuvee Terroirs (am Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs), with the addition of still Pinot Noir from the village of Cumieres purchased from René Geoffroy. Expect a younger-styled rose that leans toward elegance, light body, verve and structure and on the dry side as Agrapart imparts a light dosage.

0 Agrapart & Fils - 7 Crus Blanc de Blancs
NV Agrapart & Fils - 7 Crus Blanc de Blancs $49.95 $39.95

This multi-vintage wine is composed from the harvests of 2009 and 2008 aged in oak barrels and blended from seven villages in the Cote de Blancs and Vallee de le Marne. The base wines undergo malelactic fermentation and age on the lees for 3 years and are stirred manually. The dosage is limited to a light 7g of sugar.

"Pale gold with a strong bead. Lively lemon, quince and honeysuckle on the nose, with a nervy underpinning of minerals. A brisk and finely etched blanc de blancs, offering clean citrus and orchard fruit flavors along with subtle anise and floral qualities. Finishes with very good clarity and cut." Stephen Tanzer (90 Points)

0 Andre Clouet - Brut Champagne Grand Reserve
NV Andre Clouet - Brut Champagne Grand Reserve $54.95 $44.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | 750ml

100% Grand Cru estate-bottled Pinot Noir from the village of Bouzy that is aged six years on its lees; offers full-throttle strawberry, wheat kernel, and stone flavors along with a pleasing touch of cream in the mid-palate and finish - an excellent accompaniment to creamy pastas, poultry and richer seafoods.

"The NV Brut Grande Reserve emerges from the glass with layers of hazelnut, pear, spice and dried flower aromas. This rich, creamy wine impresses for its balance and sheer richness. I loved it."?Wine Advocate (90 Points)

2002 Andre Clouet - Brut Millesime Vintage Champagne
2002 Andre Clouet - Brut Millesime Vintage Champagne $89.95 $69.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

"The 2002 Brut Millesime shows the exuberance and weight for which Bouzy is so well-known. Red berries, flowers and minerals are some of the nuances that are woven together in a rich, expansive fabric of notable class. This really needs some time in the glass to shine, but when the wine opens up it is absolutely glorious. A round, creamy finish has the last word. The 2002 is a bit more forward than most wines in this vintage which makes it approachable now, although I am not sure it is destined to make old bones." Wine Advocate (90 Points)

1911 Andre Clouet - Grand Cru Cuvee 1911
1911 Andre Clouet - Grand Cru Cuvee 1911 $129.95 $99.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

A robust and exotic Champagne uniquely blended from one vintage and a solera blend from a mix of vintages dating a few years further.

"The NV Grand Cru Cuvee 1911 emerges from the glass with the most haunting of perfumes. Sweet rose petal and jasmine are some of the nuances that emerge over time. Despite recent disgorgement, the purity of the fruit and the extraordinary elegance of the mousse are hard to miss. This is an exceptional, elegant version of the 1911 that should drink beautifully for years to come. The bottle I tasted needed quite a bit of air to open up, so readers should be patient with the wine at this stage." Wine Advocate (93+ Points)

NV Andre Clouet - Rose Champagne $79.95 $59.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

This Ros? Champagne has lively, pink bubbles. Excellent deep color and a beautiful nose filled with strawberry, raspberry and almonds. Rich and refreshing in the mouth, with a fruity finish and tiny pearly bubbles for a magnificently indulgent champagne occasion. 0 Andre Clouet - Silver Brut Champagne
NV Andre Clouet - Silver Brut Champagne $59.95 $49.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

"The NV Brut Nature Silver is naturally a very focused, driven wine given the no-dosage style. This shows wonderful nuance and depth all the way through to the long finish, with bright aromas and flavors but less of the toastiness than some of the house's other wines. The mousse and finish are both utterly impeccable in their elegance." Wine Advocate (91 Points)

Our Pinot Noir is picked from old -growth vines grown specifically for use in Rosé Champagne. Our Rosé is announced with a rich bouquet of red fruits with delicate, smoky grilled notes behind. Sparkling | Bordeaux | France | Bordeaux | 750ml

"85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir Pale orange color. An intensely perfumed nose displays spicy redcurrant and strawberry, along with an exotic blood orange quality. Zesty red fruit flavors are sharply focused and pure, with chalky minerality adding lift. Maintains energy through the long, spicy finish, which leaves a trace of bitter orange pith behind. This newly established house is co-owned by all three winemaking branches of Bordeaux' Rothschild family, whose holdings include Chateaux Mouton-Rothschild, Lafite-Rothchild and Clarke, among others. The wines are made at the highly regarded Vertus co-op from grapes grown mostly in the Cotes de Blancs. The Rothschilds have signed long-term leases with a handful of growers and intend to expand their Champagne presence slowly and methodically, with vineyard purchases on the horizon." Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar (91 Points)

"The 2000 Brut Cuvee Nicolas Francois Billecart impresses for its sheer purity and focus. Nothing is out of place in this beautifully delineated, precise wine. Cool, minty notes add lift, yet the 2000 is rather reticent at this stage and appears to need further bottle age. Still, its textural finesse is impossible to miss." Wine Advocate (94 Points)

0 Billecart Salmon - Sous Bois Champagne
NV Billecart Salmon - Sous Bois Champagne $89.95 $79.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

This new cuvee is all vinified in oak but hasn't a hint of obvious oak on the nose. Lovely quality of fizz. Brooding and intense. There is marked density here and excellent balance and persistence. As usual, we are not told on the back label how old this blend may be, just that it is 'respectfully composed' of the three Champagne varieties. But it's impressive wine and I suspect it will not be cheap. Recommended.

0 Canard Duchene - Blanc De Blancs
NV Canard Duchene - Blanc De Blancs $58.99 $44.95

Sparkling | France | Champagne | 750ml

Attractive lemon-gold, with a fairly coarse bead. The nose is initially mineral and white citrus fruit, but it quickly develops bready, leesy, yeasty notes. The palate has a sharp mousse, fresh acidity, mineral notes, is also quite bready. Finishes with a creamy touch.

0 Canard Duchene - Blanc De Noirs
NV Canard Duchene - Blanc De Noirs $58.99 $44.95

0 Cantina Gabriel - Spumante Bianco
NV Cantina Gabriel - Spumante Bianco $19.99 $13.95

Sparkling | Brut | Italy | 750ml

Golden yellow color with slight green reflexes. The bouquet has floral and tropical fruits notes, very delicate and typical of this variety of grape. An impression of persistence, maintained by the presence of minerality typical of the territory; exuberant and fresh.

0 Charles de Fère - Brut Blanc de Blancs Brut
NV Charles de Fère - Brut Blanc de Blancs Brut $15.99

Sparkling | Ugni Blanc | France | 750ml

With fine, delicate bubbles, this Brut has generous, rich flavors of ripe apple, spice and butter, with an attractive doughy aroma. It is deep and complex with a smooth texture and a lingering finish.

The secret of sparkling wines is the blend, whether they are from Champagne or other regions of France. This is the winemaker’s art. The style of Charles de Fère is to voluntarily refuse territorial limits, building close partnership relations with growers so that we can select cuvées from northerly vineyards for their freshness and elegance, together with cuvées from southern vineyards for ripe fruit, body and smoothness. This bold approach adds finesse, structure, and a complex harmony of flavors that makes Charles de Fère what it is today.

"Like a Persian carpet this lovely, elegant Champagne seamlessly weaves together its elements, with fine-grained texture and vibrant acidity joining rich flavors of toast, patisserie fruit and candied lemon zest that show subtle spice notes of cardamom and ginger." Wine Spectator (93)

"Light yellow-gold. Fresh citrus and orchard fruit aromas are complemented by deeper notes of sweet butter, honeysuckle and toasty lees. Juicy and incisive on the palate, offering refreshingly bitter orange and pear skin flavors that pick up a smoky nuance with air. Clings nicely on the very persistent finish, which leaves smoke and floral notes behind. Forty percent of the blend is reserve wine, and it shows."?International Wine Cellar (91)

"A substantial portion of reserve wines enriches this and gives it the dark, moon-lit cool of a cellar. It's a study in harmonious contrasts: sweet honeyed fruit and dry minerality; broad creaminess and brighter finesse. A full-bodied, gastronomic Champagne, it's suited to a range of foods, from simple grilled fish to white meats with mushrooms and cream." Wine & Spirits (90)
