OVC – our multi-appellation blend – pulls fruit from every one of the top five Zinfandel appellations in California. By themselves, they’re news worthy. Together, well, we’re gonna stick with the tried and true: unbeatable. 
 
On the nose the wine has layers of berry fruit and anise aromas with hints of spice. On the palate, blackberry and spicy plum fruit with a rich mouth feel. Big and opulent on the mid palate with plenty of structure, trailing to a velvety toasted oak finish.

A splash of Mourvedre lends an extra kick in the mid-palate. The Biker exhibits supple ripe wild blackberry and boysenberry, teriyaki, and black pepper on the nose.
 
On the palate, flavors start at the tip of the tongue and finish strong. Kirsch red cherries, jammy grapey, spicy chocolate, cinnamon. A massive and “in-your-face” Zin taking no prisoners. Biker rocks! (And we’re not just saying that because we make it.)
