The "Le Petit Caboche" Rose has crisp acidity, fresh strawberry flavors, and a touch of minerality. The history of this great Rhone Valley domain dates back to the 17th century. This delicious rose is blended from typical Cotes du Rhone varietals (Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah). Full-bodied with fresh crisp strawberry and raspberry flavors. Refreshing acidity with a hint of lemon and a touch of spiciness in the finish.

Made from the grapes of the Domaine de Chevalier estate. Just after the vating, a part of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot that will make the Domaine de Chevalier “grand vin” (great wine or Classified Growth) is actually taken out to be fermented and matured in oak barrels separately.

Aromas of strawberry, peach and pomegranate. The wine has a lovely weight, concentration and ripeness. Perfect for a hot summers afternoon.

The nose is quite intense and very classy with layers of light red cherry, strawberry and cranberry. These red fruits follow through onto the palate, backed up by nice fresh acidity and a clean mineral edge. It's a lovely smooth, long finish and everything about this wine screams quality. It's got complexity, balance and freshness. 

Pale salmon in colour, this is delicate and fresh with plenty of crisp strawberry fruit and a long finish. The new benchmark for Provence rose.
