The 2009 Pinot Noir offers lush aromas and flavors of ripe plum and dark cherry, with hints of rose and oak spices. Smooth, supple tannins frame the beautifully balanced flavors and carry them through the long, fruit-imbued finish. This Pinot Noir's rich, medium-bodied flavors pair nicely with many entr?es, including prime rib, lamb, pork, roast turkey and duck. It even has the elegance and bright acidity to accompany grilled salmon.

With its broad array of origins and clones, this wine displays red aromas (candied cherry, pomegranate and raspberry), on the nose and the palate. In addition, one finds a light touch of brown spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, all-spice). True to our house style, it is elegantly textured with seamlessly integrated, silky, polished tannins. Pair it with salmon or ahi, veal or pork, poultry (think duck) or beef, or hearty vegetarian entrees.

NV Agrapart - Rose Grand Cru Champagne $79.95 $59.95

Sparkling | Champagne | France | Champagne | 750ml

Agrapart's ros? is based on the Cuv?e Terroirs, with the addition of Cumi?res rouge purchased from Ren? Geoffroy. It's released a year earlier than the Terroirs, as Agrapart prefers young ros?, so the current release is blended from 2005 and 2004, with about seven percent of red wine. Lively and harmonious, this shows fragrant notes of crushed red berry fruit, allied with the finesse, delicacy and pure minerality of C'te des Blancs chardonnay. Its nervy acidity and structure make it feel elegant and refreshing?while it's often difficult to get the balance of a "blanc de blancs" ros? just right, Agrapart's is consistently one of the best in the style.

NV Agrapart & Fils - 7 Crus Blanc de Blancs $49.95 $35.95

Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar 90 points: ?Pale gold with a strong bead. Lively lemon, quince and honeysuckle on the nose, with a nervy underpinning of minerals. A brisk and finely etched blanc de blancs, offering clean citrus and orchard fruit flavors along with subtle anise and floral qualities. Finishes with very good clarity and cut.?
