Agrapart's ros? is based on the Cuv?e Terroirs, with the addition of Cumi?res rouge purchased from Ren? Geoffroy. It's released a year earlier than the Terroirs, as Agrapart prefers young ros?, so the current release is blended from 2005 and 2004, with about seven percent of red wine. Lively and harmonious, this shows fragrant notes of crushed red berry fruit, allied with the finesse, delicacy and pure minerality of C'te des Blancs chardonnay. Its nervy acidity and structure make it feel elegant and refreshing?while it's often difficult to get the balance of a "blanc de blancs" ros? just right, Agrapart's is consistently one of the best in the style.
