Pearson's Notes

The color is a deep red ruby. On the nose, the exuberant fruit is emphasized with great personality and highlights of ripe cherries, plums, truffles, blackberries and liquorice followed by a surge of black pepper, bay leaf, cloves and nutmeg. The oak blends in harmoniously adding to the wine's complexity with aromas of vanilla, chocolate, coconut, graphite, tobacco, cinnamon and mocha. It possesses an interesting structure with balanced acidity, good volume and a persistent, soft and elegant finish.
