The Sauvignon Blanc has the angular lines and bright intensity that make this varietal so popular. Aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and melon are crossed by a steely citrus minerality. On the palate, weightier fruits such as guava and pineapple dominate, lifted by an aerial citrus that spans the back of the mouth. The finish persists with juicy, tropical fruit. Crisp and lean, with well-balanced weight and body, this wine pairs well with seafood.
