Prepare to be fascinated by this alluring sparkling vintage. The aromas are a weaving together of the best that fine sparkling wines deliver. Look for vanilla spiced pear fruit with very floral citrus blossom scents. A lovely yeastiness blends nicely with fresh baguette bouquet. There’s a hint of Fresca-like citrus in there too. The palate is VIBRANT and chock full of tiny bubbles. Pear to red apple fruit folds nicely into vanilla spice. The texture is creamy-plus, providing amazing richness while remaining zippy and citrusy. The yeast flavor has evolved into filo dough right out of the oven. These flavors go on and on after the wine is gone.

Smooth, with concentration that makes this almost chewy framing the cherry, licorice and sandalwood notes. There's also a latent mineral tone. Though well-proportioned and harmonious, this needs a year or so to really sing. Best from 2012 through 2028. 50 cases imported.

2007 Bella Sera - Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie (1.5L) $12.99

White | Pinot Grigio | Italy | 1.5L

The Bella Sera Pinot Grigio is a crisp, clean and refreshing example of excellence from the Tre Venezie region of Northeastern Italy. Pinot Grigio, known for mouth watering acidity, subtle fruit, and gentle aromas has flourished here for over a century. Protected from the cold and damp climate of Europe by the Alps, the generations-old vineyards of Tre Venezie are home to numerous climatic zones. The vineyards are located near the Adriatic Sea and Lake Garda to ensure the ”warm days and cool nights” necessary to create an outstanding Pinot Grigio. These ideal growing conditions and minimal wine maker influence have created a remarkable Pinot Grigio that is ”true to the grape.”

2007 Belle Pente - Pinot Noir Estate Reserve $39.95 $34.95

Red | Pinot Noir | United States | Oregon | 750ml

Winery Notes: It was 10 years ago that we released our first Estate Reserve Pinot Noir. This bottling has always represented the "best of the best" from our Belle Pente estate vineyard, and over the years has also evolved into our purest expression of the best attributes of our Yamhill-Carlton District appellation. The wines from our neighborhood are characterized by dark fruit flavors and aromas, herbal/floral overtones, underlying minerality, an intriguing texture, and an impeccable balance of acid and tannin that makes the wines silky and sappy but also fresh and focused. Our Estate Reserve Pinot Noir provides a textbook example! 2006 has been described as a very "user friendly" vintage for Pinot Noir in Oregon. This Estate Reserve was selected for the International Pinot Noir Celebration this summer - so it can certainly be enjoyed now. But it is destined to provide the most pleasure when pulled from the cellar a half dozen (or more) years down the road. This 2006 version once again is sourced primarily from 2 sections of the vineyard: the original 1994 planting, always the most complex wine in the cellar, and the Wadensvil block planted in 1998 on a steep south-west hillside, the warmest part of the vineyard which always achieves the most even ripening. We then selected the 18 individual barrels that best showcased our appellation attributes and provide the "right stuff" for aging. The result is a tightly wound, rich, concentrated, structured young wine - perhaps our strongest Estate Reserve bottling to date. Make sure to find some room in your cellar! 450 cases produced
