Made from the grapes of the Domaine de Chevalier estate. Just after the vating, a part of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot that will make the Domaine de Chevalier “grand vin” (great wine or Classified Growth) is actually taken out to be fermented and matured in oak barrels separately.
