Showing great intensity with bright berry fruits and mashed raspberry, together with licorice spice and espresso coffee. The palate is vibrant and fresh, building with layers of fruit, toasty oak and fine Cabernet tannins. It finishes with hints of anise spice, dark cocoa and cassis fruit.

I love this Cabernet for its sweet varietal fruit and the generous, creamy mouth feel. It is seamlessly balanced with smooth tannins, integrated spicy notes and intense fruit characters of fresh raspberries, black current, nutmeg and cloves, followed up with the power of licorice, black cherry and vanilla. It is so good!

The Two Left Feet is looking amazing with real complexity of aromas on the nose. It really displays our fruit flavour spectrum showing beautiful dark berry and plum fruit with lots of spice. The palate is round and filling and has concentrated sweet fruits with layers of chocolate and cream. It is such a wonderful example of how Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot can be blended together to fully complement each other. Two Left Feet has always been a stand out for me and this vintage is exceptional.

Coming from row selection within a single vineyard, the 2010 Velvet Glove was matured in American oak, 97% new. Very deep garnet-black, it offers very pure, pronounced notes of ripe cassis and blackberries with underlying nuances of cedar, anise, hung meat, black tea and violets. Full bodied, very ripe and with layers of generous fruit, the opulence is well supported with a medium to high level of fine-grained tannins and crisp acid. It finishes very long. It should be at its best 2014 to 2024+. Unfortunately because of an accident at the warehouse during which about 1/3 of the production was destroyed, there are only 1012 cases.

An attractive pale yellow with green tints, it has aromas of citrus, hints of peach and aromatic lifted spiciness. It has excellent structure and a soft creamy mouth-feel, delightful depth on the middle palate and finishes wonderfully fresh with a mouthful of crunchy fruit.
