Agrapart was founded in 1894 in the Grand Cru village of Avize. Agrapart's rose is based on the Cuvee Terroirs (am Extra Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs), with the addition of still Pinot Noir from the village of Cumieres purchased from René Geoffroy. Expect a younger-styled rose that leans toward elegance, light body, verve and structure and on the dry side as Agrapart imparts a light dosage.

100% Grand Cru estate-bottled Pinot Noir from the village of Bouzy that is aged six years on its lees; offers full-throttle strawberry, wheat kernel, and stone flavors along with a pleasing touch of cream in the mid-palate and finish – an excellent accompaniment to creamy pastas, poultry and richer seafoods."The NV Brut Grande Reserve emerges from the glass with layers of hazelnut, pear, spice and dried flower aromas. This rich, creamy wine impresses for its balance and sheer richness. I loved it." Wine Advocate 90 Points
"The 2002 Brut Millesime shows the exuberance and weight for which Bouzy is so well-known. Red berries, flowers and minerals are some of the nuances that are woven together in a rich, expansive fabric of notable class. This really needs some time in the glass to shine, but when the wine opens up it is absolutely glorious. A round, creamy finish has the last word. The 2002 is a bit more forward than most wines in this vintage which makes it approachable now, although I am not sure it is destined to make old bones." Wine Advocate 90 Points
A robust and exotic Champagne uniquely blended from one vintage and a solera blend from a mix of vintages dating a few years further. "The NV Grand Cru Cuvee 1911 emerges from the glass with the most haunting of perfumes. Sweet rose petal and jasmine are some of the nuances that emerge over time. Despite recent disgorgement, the purity of the fruit and the extraordinary elegance of the mousse are hard to miss. This is an exceptional, elegant version of the 1911 that should drink beautifully for years to come. The bottle I tasted needed quite a bit of air to open up, so readers should be patient with the wine at this stage." Wine Advocate 93+ Points
100% Pinot Noir. Beautifully fragrant, rounded pink champagne from the premier cru village of Bouzy, with the ripe, full fruit flavors of Pinot Noir interwoven with drier, toasty complexity. This Rosé Champagne has lively, pink bubbles. Excellent deep color and a beautiful nose filled with strawberry, raspberry and almonds. Rich and refreshing in the mouth, with a fruity finish and tiny pearly bubbles for a magnificently indulgent champagne occasion. Excellent both with food and as an aperitif; it can make any night special.
"The NV Brut Nature Silver is naturally a very focused, driven wine given the no-dosage style. This shows wonderful nuance and depth all the way through to the long finish, with bright aromas and flavors but less of the toastiness than some of the house’s other wines. The mousse and finish are both utterly impeccable in their elegance." Wine Advocate 91 Points
(a blend of wines from 2002, 2003 and 2005) Bright gold with a strong bead. Highly perfumed bouquet displays pear, nectarine, honeysuckle and sweet butter, plus an undercurrent of spice, ginger and lemon pith adding energy. Fleshy pit fruit and soft citrus flavors provide very good palate coverage and offer pungent spice and candied floral qualities on the back end. Nervy minerality adds lift and cut to the long, gently smoky and subtly sweet finish, which leaves candied orange peel and floral notes behind. Stephen Tanzer Interational Wine Cellar 91 Points
Its beautiful color is achieved through assemblage, the process by which sparkling white wine is blended with a proportion of still Pinot Noir wine. Our Pinot Noir is picked from old -growth vines grown specifically for use in Rosé Champagne. Our Rosé is announced with a rich bouquet of red fruits with delicate, smoky grilled notes behind. It is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of strawberries and blackcurrant, and is lingering and complex in its finish. Armand de Brignac Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities.

Dry and creamy in texture, this well-cut Champagne offers flavors of ripe yellow apple, white raspberry, anise, pastry and lemon curd. Completed by a stony, mineral-tinged finish." Wine Spectator 91 Points "A beautifully balanced non-vintage, in the lighter style that is Ayala’s hallmark. It is fresh, but shows a good amount of blend with older wines to give weight and complexity. The green fruit flavors are well balanced with secondary aromas of almonds, green berries and lively, but not dominant acidity. Editors' Choice" Wine Enthusiast 91 Points "Bright yellow-gold. A perfumed, mineral-accented bouquet evokes lemon, jasmine and chalk. Racy and dry, with strong citrus zest and pear flavors and a hint of bitter quinine on the back end. The long, incisive finish shows very good energy and an appealing seamless character. Nicely balanced Champagne that would work well with either rich or delicate foods." Light-weight and delicate, yet with a dry profile framing strawberry, cherry and red currant flavors. There's grip, but also a harmony that continues into the lingering finish" Wine Spectator 90 Points
Combining supreme quality with impeccable, cutting-edge design, Beau is made from the highest quality wine — 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay — naturally derived from the finest grapes of Epernay, France. A unique, zero-dosage champagne with none of the added sugars common in other champagnes, Beau's true, uninhibited flavors rise through to the palate, boasting the perfect balance of dryness and sweetness resulting in a clean, crisp taste form start to finish. Because of the lack of added sugars, Beau pairs well with all foods and desserts. The bottle is wrapped in a 100%-copper suit of armor inspired by the armor worn by the knights that protected the kingdom. Beau's suit of armor keeps the champagne colder longer, reducing the amount of energy required to bring the bottle to serving temperature and eliminating the need for ice bucket storage during consumption. It also provides improved grip when opening and serving, while the bottle's rubber punt ensures enhanced stability when pouring.
"The 2000 Brut Cuvee Nicolas Francois Billecart impresses for its sheer purity and focus. Nothing is out of place in this beautifully delineated, precise wine. Cool, minty notes add lift, yet the 2000 is rather reticent at this stage and appears to need further bottle age. Still, its textural finesse is impossible to miss." Wine Advocate (94 Points)
"A rich version, with a sense of finesse, featuring a frame of well-cut acidity and flavors of poached pear, pastry cream, black currant, candied ginger and salted butter. Offers a creamy, mineral-tinged finish. Drink now through 2020." Wine Spectator 92 Points

Bright and elegant, this offers appealing flavors of ripe black cherry, raspberry and orange peel that show hints of toasted raisin bread, anise and sweet smoke. Offers a beautiful texture, with a long, mouthwatering finish. Drink now through 2015. Wine Spectator 92 Points Light orange. Tangerine, pear and flowers on the nose, which is complicated by a note of fennel. Broad and sappy but dry, with lively orange and strawberry flavors and a subtle note of spice cake. Weightier on the finish, which features an exotic note of spicy herbs. This Champagne's delicate touch will make it work well with simple seafood dishes or even sashimi. Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar 92 Points
A beautifully crisp wine, very mineral, with its citrus and green apple flavors given a fine texture of bright acidity. It is still so young, with just a hint of toast to show some maturity. The finish is shockingly fresh. Wine Enthusiast 94 PointsThe 1999 Brut Blanc de Blancs is another deep, multi-dimensional wine from Billecart-Salmon. Here the fruit shows slightly more burnished tones, along with greater textural richness and weight, all while retaining surprising verve and cut. Roasted hazelnuts, smoke and pastry crust add complexity on the suave finish. The vintage Blanc de Blancs is made from parcels in Avize, Chouilly and Mesnil. This is Lot 265048 25010J. Disgorged May 14, 2010. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2024. Wine Advocate 93 PointsBright gold. Poached pear and gingerbread scents are complemented by notes of buttered toast, honey, jasmine and grain. Broad and fleshy on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, offering sappy pear and spice flavors and sneaky licorice and mineral nuances. Clings impressively on the finish, with the floral and toast qualities repeating. This Champagne appear fully mature but its energy suggests that there's no rush to drink it. Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar 93 PointsFirm, with a light grain to the texture and a hint of brine accenting green pear, lemon curd, smoke and biscuit notes. Ends with a moderate, mineral-tinged finish. Drink now through 2016. 100 cases imported. Wine Spectator 92 Points
This cuvee contains 40% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. All wines from the best sites in the department of the Marne, from more than twenty top vineyards in Champagne. The overall composition of this cuvée has not changed much for almost fifty years. Fine bubbles which rise slowly, persistent mousse. Straw-colored. A nose of ripe pear with some touches of cut hay. Full fruit, but clean in the mouth. "Made with a high proportion of Pinot Meunier, this is elegant, fruity, with plenty of good acidity and a wonderful floral character. It is so fruity, fresh, a wine for real enjoyment." Wine Enthusiast 91 Points "Light yellow-gold. Orange and pear aromas are complemented by notes of vanilla bean and honeysuckle. Silky in texture and nicely precise, with juicy orchard fruit flavors and a tangy note of Meyer lemon. Dry but in no way austere. Blends depth and energy smoothly and finishes with excellent clarity and nervy cut." Stephen Tanzer International Wine Cellar 91 Points
A dry Champagne showing purity and brightness having no sugar added to the dosage. A blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Complex and seductive aromas of dried fruits and brioche combined with floral notes. This is further enhanced by the subtle charm of lemon verbena. Charming biscuity flavour and white fruits with a full and harmonious minerality resulting in a sensational balanced finish.
"Very elegant and refined in texture, with fresh, focused acidity finding fine integration with the layered notes of patisserie apple, black currant, smoky mineral and biscuit, complimented by hints of lemon zest and honey. Lingering finish. " Wine Spectator 93 Points "Always a rich nonvintage, this latest bottling doesn't disappoint expectations. It has a rich, biscuity character, Wine Enthusiast 93 Points
"The NV Brut Special Cuvee is fabulous. Hints of pears, pastry crust and hazelnut lead to an expansive core of fruit. There is plenty of the signature Bollinger oxidative style in this rich, enveloping Champagne. Once again the Special Cuvee is one of the best Champagnes in its price range. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2015 Wine Advocate 91 Points
