95% rye. We chose rum barrels that had previously been used to age French cognac. Long story short our barrels are vintage and very well travelled...resulting in a rare and immensely complex but incredibly drinkable whiskey even at 100 proof. You smell citrus caramel candy maple sugar vanilla oak hazelnut spice and sherry wood. You'll taste sweet rum sherry wood and soft oak with a finish that's both sweet and dry as well as quick and easy.

Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.

For years, evangelists asked us to create a non chill-filtered, cask strength edition of our acclaimed Auchentoshan classic. Valinch was born. The Valinch being the name of the pipette used to draw whisky straight from the cask. An appropriate name for a whisky with all the depth of taste, flavour and texture associated with sampling whisky at source. An unadulterated small batch release.
This unique Auchentoshan Lowland Single Malt Whisky has been matured in three different cask types. Moving from American Bourbon to Spanish Oloroso Sherry - and finally Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks - Three Wood is a rich, complex whisky with incredible toffee and sherry oak flavours.

The Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two wood types. Over the period of maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill European oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt. The traditional casks soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavor. Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes on the nose, layered with honey and vanilla. Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavors ~ nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Long and warming finish.

Lovely bright gold color. Layers of sweetness (the characteristic Balvenie honey, along with vanilla fudge, nougat, and rich toffee) peppered with dried spice and a hint of tropical fruit (papaya, guava, tangerine). Nice viscosity with good grip on the finish.

One of the few uncut, unfiltered Bourbons. Dilute with mineral water at two parts whiskey to one part water. Iced tea color. Potent, heady, spirity bouquet leaps from the glass in fiery, sweet, tangy notes; inhale in small doses. On the palate, Booker’s offers high-flying flavors of wood, smoke and wine at entry; midpalate is sweet and corny. Memorable finish has tastes of fruit and nuts. A swashbuckling Bourbon that requires a whip and a chair. Wine Enthusiast 90-95 Points

Early pioneer Colonel John J. Bowman first explored Kentucky in 1775. Four years later he moved his family to Lincoln County where they were among the earliest settlers of Kentucky. He presided over Kentucky's first county court and was also appointed the first military commander and governor of Kentucky County. He was the great, great uncle of Abram Bowman, founder of Virginia's A. Smith Bowman Distillery. This single barrel bourbon whiskey commemorates the early American pioneer John J. Bowman.
This bourbon whiskey has been hand selected from some of the oldest barrels in our warehouse. Each barrel rests years on end while Virginia's moderate, but ever-changing climate extracts the complex flavors from the oak and mellows the whiskey. When the time is right, these prime barrels are hand-bottled with care. This single barrel bourbon is 100 proof, but still smooth as the fall breeze. Its fragrant nose is followed by hints of toffee, leather, figs and almonds with a long dry finish. Drink straight or over ice.

This multi-vintage Port Charlotte cuvee has been created by master distiller Jim McEwan to showcase the supreme elegance of our heavily-peated Port Charlotte spirit. While peated to a very serious 40PPM, Port Charlotte shares the wonderful poise and sophistication of its sister Bruichladdich spirit, while delivering its peat with none of the medicinal flavors that so often dominate coastal peated spirit. A peat smokiness with vanilla sweetness, followed by spicy black pepper & lemon spice on the nose. Brilliant creaminess, the layer upon layer of texture imparts an evenness of flavor across the palate. The finish is an extraordinary mix of sweet vanilla and peat smoke, with green fruit syrup. It lingers long and mellow, giving total satisfaction.
