Ace Pear is made from a base of 100% pure, Sonoma County apple juice. Pear essence is added to give the cider its distinctive pear taste; a taste so fresh and natural it is already proving as popular as its more traditional apple counterpart.

Named after an ancient forest, this wine shows youthful aromas of fruit and blossoms, and a delicate, dry palate. It is wonderful with lighter foods featuring vegetables or fish, but it makes a superb aperitif as well.

100% Grand Cru estate-bottled Pinot Noir from the village of Bouzy that is aged six years on its lees; offers full-throttle strawberry, wheat kernel, and stone flavors along with a pleasing touch of cream in the mid-palate and finish – an excellent accompaniment to creamy pastas, poultry and richer seafoods."The NV Brut Grande Reserve emerges from the glass with layers of hazelnut, pear, spice and dried flower aromas. "The 2002 Brut Millesime shows the exuberance and weight for which Bouzy is so well-known. Red berries, flowers and minerals are some of the nuances that are woven together in a rich, expansive fabric of notable class. This really needs some time in the glass to shine, but when the wine opens up it is absolutely glorious. A round, creamy finish has the last word. The 2002 is a bit more forward than most wines in this vintage which makes it approachable now, although I am not sure it is destined to make old bones." Wine Advocate 90 Points
A robust and exotic Champagne uniquely blended from one vintage and a solera blend from a mix of vintages dating a few years further. "The NV Grand Cru Cuvee 1911 emerges from the glass with the most haunting of perfumes. Sweet rose petal and jasmine are some of the nuances that emerge over time. Despite recent disgorgement, the purity of the fruit and the extraordinary elegance of the mousse are hard to miss. This is an exceptional, elegant version of the 1911 that should drink beautifully for years to come. The bottle I tasted needed quite a bit of air to open up, so readers should be patient with the wine at this stage." Wine Advocate 93+ Points
100% Pinot Noir. Beautifully fragrant, rounded pink champagne from the premier cru village of Bouzy, with the ripe, full fruit flavors of Pinot Noir interwoven with drier, toasty complexity. This Rosé Champagne has lively, pink bubbles. Excellent deep color and a beautiful nose filled with strawberry, raspberry and almonds. Rich and refreshing in the mouth, with a fruity finish and tiny pearly bubbles for a magnificently indulgent champagne occasion. Excellent both with food and as an aperitif; it can make any night special.
"The NV Brut Nature Silver is naturally a very focused, driven wine given the no-dosage style. This shows wonderful nuance and depth all the way through to the long finish, with bright aromas and flavors but less of the toastiness than some of the house’s other wines. The mousse and finish are both utterly impeccable in their elegance." Wine Advocate 91 Points
(a blend of wines from 2002, 2003 and 2005) Bright gold with a strong bead. Highly perfumed bouquet displays pear, nectarine, honeysuckle and sweet butter, plus an undercurrent of spice, ginger and lemon pith adding energy. Fleshy pit fruit and soft citrus flavors provide very good palate coverage and offer pungent spice and candied floral qualities on the back end. Nervy minerality adds lift and cut to the long, gently smoky and subtly sweet finish, which leaves candied orange peel and floral notes behind. Stephen Tanzer Interational Wine Cellar 91 Points
Its beautiful color is achieved through assemblage, the process by which sparkling white wine is blended with a proportion of still Pinot Noir wine. Our Pinot Noir is picked from old -growth vines grown specifically for use in Rosé Champagne. Our Rosé is announced with a rich bouquet of red fruits with delicate, smoky grilled notes behind. It is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of strawberries and blackcurrant, and is lingering and complex in its finish. Armand de Brignac Rosé is produced in extremely limited quantities.

"85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir Pale orange color. An intensely perfumed nose displays spicy redcurrant and strawberry, along with an exotic blood orange quality. Zesty red fruit flavors are sharply focused and pure, with chalky minerality adding lift. Maintains energy through the long, spicy finish, which leaves a trace of bitter orange pith behind. This newly established house is co-owned by all three winemaking branches of Bordeaux' Rothschild family, whose holdings include Chateaux Mouton-Rothschild, Lafite-Rothchild and Clarke, among others. The wines are made at the highly regarded Vertus co-op from grapes grown mostly in the Cotes de Blancs. A perfectly balanced Rose, with a light crisp taste, fresh and fruity, with the color of delicate rose petals. Just a hint of sweetness really accents the fine fruit flavor. "The 2000 Brut Cuvee Nicolas Francois Billecart impresses for its sheer purity and focus. Nothing is out of place in this beautifully delineated, precise wine. Cool, minty notes add lift, yet the 2000 is rather reticent at this stage and appears to need further bottle age. Still, its textural finesse is impossible to miss." Wine Advocate (94 Points)
"A rich version, with a sense of finesse, featuring a frame of well-cut acidity and flavors of poached pear, pastry cream, black currant, candied ginger and salted butter. Offers a creamy, mineral-tinged finish. Drink now through 2020." Wine Spectator 92 Points

This is a finely balanced non-vintage Brut. It has great swathes of yellow fruit and crisp lime flavor that lend a stylish freshness. Already showing some touches of toast and bottle age, this is a ready-to-drink wine. Wine Enthusiast 91 PointsThis is a graceful, vinous Champagne with dramatic high notes of roses and red fruit, finishing clean with a grounding of pale earthiness.
