White | Aligote | France | Burgundy | 750ml
Wine Spectator #55 Top 100 Wines of 2013, 90 PointsSleek and tightly packed, with delicate layers of cherry, tobacco and cocoa flavors mingling against refined tannins, persisting pleasantly on the light-stepping finish. Drink now through 2017."Vivid fruit and full tannins define the 2011 A to Z Pinot Noir. The wine is pure, displaying pedigree and presence with a beautiful, clear, vibrant red color. Fresh aromas of lush forest berries and cherries, followed by more savory aromatics of tobacco, smoke, game, clean earth and flint. In the mouth, a focused attack of concentrated red and blue fruits grows in complexity on the mid-palate with ripe, dense tannins perfectly supported by the weight of the fruit. The wine completely harmonizes with a long finish of complex red fruit and mineral flavors. Winery Notes

Red | Chateauneuf du Pape | France | Rhone | 750ml
The 2011 Chateauneuf du Pape Tradition is a blend of 75% Grenache and the rest mostly Syrah and Mourvedre with small amounts of Counoise, Vaccarese and Cinsault, all aged in foudres. It possesses a wonderful earthy/garrigue character in addition to abundant kirsch, lavender and black raspberry fruit. This full-bodied 2011 should drink beautifully for a decade. Wine Advocate 90-92 Points
Composed of 85% Grenache and the rest equal parts Syrah and Mourvedre, the 2011 Chateauneuf du Pape Chante Le Merle Vieilles Vignes emanates from four separate old vine parcels located in Pignan, Mont Redon, Les Grands Galiguieres and La Gardine. A candidate for the wine of the vintage, the 2011 exhibits a shockingly rich dense purple color as well as sensational notes of blackberries, licorice, cassis, nori (the seafood wrapper used in sushi restaurants), pepper and roasted meats. It is a full-throttle, massive Chateauneuf du Pape with silky tannins, decent acidity and a long finish. This is a killer wine! It should age effortlessly for 10-15 years. Wine Advocate 92-94 Points

"Moreau’s 2011 Chablis is showing some tightness because of its recent bottling, two weeks before this tasting, but it appears to have more freshness and verve than the 2010. Citrus and white floral notes give the 2011 much of its vibrancy and focus." Wine Advocate (88 Points)
"A mix of apple, honey, herb and earth notes highlights this rich white. Balanced, finishing with a touch of smoke." Wine Spectator (88 Points)
Red | Rhone Blend | France | Rhone Valley | 750ml
Arguably the most complex of all three reds, La Digoine offers up a rich medley of red and black fruits, a hint of pipe smoke and cedar, perfumed spice and violet pastilles. There is a seductive character to the medium-bodied flavors that interestingly are more structured yet the mouth feel is quite silky, all wrapped in a palate staining and lingering finish. It demonstrates immediate appeal with a balance of roundness, structure, and length on the palate. However, this is another versatil wine which benefits from bottle aging. Organically produced.
Red | France | Burgundy | 750ml
This medium-bodied effort showcases the more delicate, nuanced and feminine side of French Pinot Noir. The soft and velvety texture found here is the perfect compliment to the wine's red and black fruits and wide array of perfumed sweet baking spice aromatics. Organically Produced.
Mercurey's grapes are thought to produce the greatest red wines within the entire Cote Chalonnaise and the reputation is well-deserved. Always the earthiest of the Villaine reds, the 2010 is a bold and hearty expression of Pinot Noir. While admittedly young, after two hours of opening, the wine offers up dry and rustic notes of savory spice, roasted meats, freshly tilled earth, fennel and dark black and blueberry fruit. Organically Produced.

This Aligoté is a brilliant light yellow color. The very pleasant and expressive nose has white flower and slightly lemony scents. This wine has well proportioned acidity on the palate which gives a very nice sensation of freshness. Sourced from vineyards throughout the Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise.
