Sylvaine and Alain Normand bring a real farmer approach to this wine that comes for the old village of La Roche Vineuse that sits next to a steep natural outcropping of limestone in southern Burgundy. This wine is produced from a 13-acre parcel and overflows with character driven by  a fresh explosion of peach, apricot and lemon acid that balances with its mineral and natural lees aging texture. And it's unoaked personality is perfect for Thanksgiving, too.
